RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:  

  • All regular priced and sale items are eligible for a full refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. You will have up to 60 days after items have been purchased for store credit.  Items must be in original condition to be eligible for returns

  • Items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

  • For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways)

Return and Exchang

REFUNDS:  

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse.  Please note, returns do take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:  

We offer three options for shipping: Ground, 2-Day Shipping, and Next Day (fees vary).  For ground, please allow 1-2 business days for items to leave our business.
